Horrible customer service! I have been trying to get a replacement toaster for one that was RECALLED. It has been over 2 months now. I was offered $20 to replace a working, but recalled 4 slice toaster. There is no 4 slice toaster available for $20. They have promised to get back to me via email many times. Phone calls tell me that I am stuck in legal and they cannot help me. DO NOT BUY BLACK & DECKER AS DISTRIBUTED BY APPLICA. Because they will not stand by their product!
