Mower Medic has quality service with quality personnel. It probably has a good selection of parts. It's short-coming is price.

I accidently (is it ever intentional?) tore up my lawn mower when I ran over a tree root. Mower Medic generously took the mower in. They said that I would have to wait 3 weeks for the repair to be finished. I couldn't wait 3 weeks! The grass would consume me and spit out the parts that it couldn't swallow. Mower Medic then graciously (notice the careful use of the word graciously) offered a "bump up service" that would get the mower repaired in a week...for...hold your breath...TWENTY BUCKS!

C'mon guys. C'mon. Do you know how long it took for the mower to actually be repaired? Three days. Sounds like a bit of fleecing going on.

Summary:
If you can't get your mower to anyone else, try Mower Medic. They will do a great job, but don't expect to come back home with a shirt on your back. And for just a little bit extra they'll take your pants too.
