I normally go to the Hooters dowtown, even if this is the closest one to my house. We have been here three times, and have actually just eaten there once. One time it was very packed and we decided to leave, the second we stuck it out the 40 minutes and waited, and it wasnt really worth it. The waitress had a bad attitude and would not answer our calls. The third and final time was the worst! It made me never want to go there again. I went with my family, a group of five, and they told us the wait was 15-20 minutes, again we decided to stick it out. While we were standing another group of four came in and they were told the 20 minute wait. One of the girls pointed out a table and asked the server to be seated. We didnt make much fuss about them being seated because it was a semi small table. Another group came in (we had already been waiting more than 20 minutes) of five, and they were told the 20 minute wait again. Again they saw a spot on the bar where there was five seats available and asked to be seated. The girl sat them again. This time i complained because we were there first. It is not our job to look for tables, as a host she should be looking for the tables to serve us. If a customer asks for a table she should be curtious enough to sit us first, after all we WERE there first. After having waited more than half an hour we decided to leave. The girl was incompetent and had us wait pointlessly. We ended up going to TGI Friday's. Really bad service. Bad staff, never going there again. Next time I choose hooters I will go directly to the one downtown.
