Best steak I have ev...: Best steak I have ever had. I first ate at Big Ed's back in 1991 while on a harvest crew. It was great then and now all these years later it still is. I lived in Oklahoma then and would ride my bike to bird city just to eat at Big Ed's. I recently took a trip to Colorado with my youngest son and we made it a priority to go out of our way to make it to Big Ed's for supper. He said dad I had heard you tell me for years how good this place was and you were wrong! It is much better than you told me.
