We love Jan and Mr. Bud , friendly and always very accomadating. Our neighbors are great and the hardscape is very well maintained. Not to mention the open-air pavillion to watch games ,cookouts, covered dish as well as frequent card, and bingo nights. It's a perfect 10. Rick & Jessica's 19 th hole
