Sheer incompetence! When FNBI became Hampshire First my debit card was canceled before my new one was activated so I could not get to my money over the weekend. I had a DBA account with FNBI. My Hampshire one is just a regular checking account. No one consulted me about this. I can't access telephone banking. I applied for online banking with Hampshire but it won't be available for a few days. The "professional" I spoke to was argumentative and unhelpful. She sighed and hung up on me. The contact number she gave me was a fax machine. I'm going to close my accounts. I don't need this.
