Thank you thank you thank you so much for repairing my laptop screen earlier today. I was very sad, thinking all hope was lost for my fairly new laptop last week when I cracked it. I got advice about ordering a new screen online, and started to get happy, because I found a good deal on a replacement screen. However this week as I made phone call after call and visited store after store, only to be told that they were unable to replace the screen onsite and would have to ship it out, I began to get sad again.
