I have been working out with Chad at Myogenics for over a year now and the results blew me away. In the past I have done the typical 5 day a week: 45 minutes of weight lifting and 45 minutes of cardio type training and eventually quit after a year of less then beneficial results. I am a drummer and through my high intensity, once-weekly workouts at Myogenics, was able to significantly improve my playing performance, both in endurance and technique. My whole body is noticeably stronger and faster. After working with Myogenics, I found that I can take on more physical activity then I ever felt possible before. I leave the workout feeling like a warrior. Unfortunately, 3 months into my workout regimen I got into a pretty serious sport bike accident and I couldn't do conventional exercises while I recovered. Fortunately, instead of losing what I'd worked for, Chad helped me stay on task with an isometric workout that not only worked around my injuries, but I'm sure it sped up my recovery a lot. After the accident I found myself having back and neck issues (weak, unpleasant cracking, tweaked, etc). With Myogenics' neck and back/abdomen machines I have noticed a considerable amount of change in strength and have been living a lot more comfortably since we incorporated these machines into my workout!

I would recommend this 30 minute, once a week workout whether you are starved for time or have an overflow of time on your hands. It just works better.
