Lance was very professional, arrived for the estimate on time and pro-actively followed up to make sure that what he offered met our expectations. The work was done well and in a timely manner. The rain / weather slowed progress a bit, but overall the timing met our needs and expectations. Great work and a good price! We would use Lance's services again!!
