I was once satisfied with the services but I am no longer. After paying last year the whole year to get the discount I regret doing that. There is no courtesy call to let you know they are coming so I never knew if my gutters were actually cleaned because not once during that time that I payed and the time the claim they came out was there ever a flag to let me know they were there. I specifically requested certain months to have the cleaning done which were ignored. So when I called to inquire when they informed me that the four cleanings that I paid for were done. Who cleans gutters back to back in April and then again in May. I will not use them again and a word of advice, it's better to pay as you go because at least you will receive an invoice and you can track your service.
