A fantastic restaurant, not only for vegans and vegetarians, but also for meat eaters (although you won't find any meat in the menu). The French owner-chef is innovative and attentive to detail. The cuisine was exceptional, as was the presentation. The decor and atmosphere is conducive to special occasions as well as casual dining with friends or family (sans young kids). If we lived in or near Eugene, we'd definitely be regulars. It's a gem.
