I was very satisfied with Greg's work . . . he assessed my networking issue and resolved it very quickly. We spent the remaining hour and a half our time together solving issue after issue not only within the OS but also on my iPhone and MobleMe issues.

He showed up on time, loves what he does and is an expert troubleshooter. I would strongly advise you to take the leap and have a professional set you up right. I will be benefitting from his knowledge every time I start up my Mac . . .
