My dad bought a beautiful white gold diamond ring from them in 2006 for christmas for me and they were very good to him. Unfortunately, after a year of wearing it non-stop the band wore down and cracked in the back. My mom and I took it back to them to see if they're replace it and the woman remembered the ring almost 2 years later. Although she wouldn't replace it for free, she said they could replace the back end of it for a fee and we had a coupon so it ended up being only 60 or 80 dollars for a new 14kt gold backing. they're very good people who know their business!
