Our executive chef Tommy Stevens built this place from the ground up. A honor student at Smithson Valley high school who pursued culinary adventures in Wyoming and the West. He is an active game hunter and professional car stereo installer and remover. His love for Ford Mustangs is legendary. He couldn't keep his hands off them in high school. Tommy's culinary skills have brought fine dining to a new level in Boerne. The other restuarants here are a sad pathetic joke. Po-Po's is like a Sonic Drive Thru. The Hungry Horse should be called Hungry Man TV dinner cafe. The Boerne Bistro run by Mr. Dennis the Menace reminds me of a elementary school cafe run by ill equiped morons. The Chinese food places are sad, the BBQ places are sad, really the only place to dine is here. Come on in and give it a try. Don't waste your time with a $100 steak at the Tin Roof. Tommy will treat you right.
