Louise is the BEST! Can't say enough good things about her patience with me. I had no idea what to do and wanted to save money on heating and A/C in the summer. We also had an odd-shaped window. She dealt with me professionally and promptly, actually showing up when promised. Plus, I get her when I call (or she returns calls promptly).
