After visiting the Iowa, LA Burger King, Friday, November 13, 2009, we were terribly served and waited for our order while our 3 friends ordered, received and then ate their order while we were still waiting for our order. We then visited the same location on Saturday November 14, 2009 in the afternoon and using the drive- thru we ordered a #1 Large combo. We paid for our order and was told to drive up and they would deliver the order. After waiting 10 minutes in the parking lot and with no customers in the resturant and still no food, I entered the resturant and presented my receipt and asked for my food order. The response was that the order was erased from the screen and my order was not filled. I was given a 10 minute old # 1 large combo. I rejected the order and demanded a new order, which I was given with no apologies or excuses. After 2 trips in the same number of days, I have decided that my money is better spent at the Hardee's Location across the street from the Burger King location in Iowa. I am mentioning this to everyone and they tell me that they have had similar experiences. Employees are the main reason for such a terrible location. No one has a smile, or cares if the order is complete or filled. Poor management, poor crews and terrible food. Not a good advertisement.
