I'm from out of town and needed a phone right away because apparently mine had some water damage. I called in and spoke to John Ramos and he helped me get from my hotel in Elmsford to his store in White Plains. He helped me get the correct cell phone for my needs and was absolutely courteous and informative. I would go to this store anytime for any of my wireless needs but I don't live around here unfortunately. I would recommend this store to anyone needing wireless help and definitely JOHN.
