We stayed at Lo Lo Mai 2 years ago.
We were far from impressed with the place.
It was run down and management were not helpful or friendly. They really want you to purchase a timeshare with them. Why would we do that since the pool is worn the spa smells like tidy bowl and the Bathrooms are poorly kept. Lots of bugs and very swampy but those are things that are ok if the place is kept clean and neat and if the staff made an effort to be kind.
