We called two weeks ahead of time and told Orchid Party Rentals that we needed tables and chairs, specifying that they were to be delivered to our back yard. They agreed to deliver the tables and chairs to our back yard never mentioning an extra charge. We called again the following week to confirm that the deal, and they agreed. The day before the event, the delivery man showed up and demanded $50 extra. When we told him we had previously discussed this over the phone, he angrily yelled, "Do you want them or not?" We asked him to wait a minute while we made a phone call, but he screamed, "I have other places to go, I can't wait!", slammed his truck door, and drove off. None of our 50 guests, nor any of their relatives or friends will be using these unscrupulous swindlers in the future. Don't make the mistake of giving them your business.
