I came to this place desperate, with no where else to turn, and without insurance or any money to speak of. I spoke with a kind counselor that very first day, and within a week I was set up with services that I qualified for due to my income, and was helped to get back on my feet. I think of Westbrook as sort of like the Salvation Army of counseling; they reach out to those most in need in our society. There's nothing fancy here, just concerned staff who are willing to help.
