The salesman was very helpful. I hadn't been in the market for a while and he explained the differences of the family cars I was looking over and went on 5 different test drives with me. He was very patient and answred a lot of the questions I had (how does it do in the snow? bumpy roads? how expensive are replacement parts?). THe ones he didn't know he wrote down and emailed me later, which impressed me.
