Mario Ferreira from Mortgage Masters in E.Providence handled my parent's refinance and did an amazing job. The level of customer service provided is unmatched and the attention to detail and follow-up was superb. We had several issues come up with the property title, and Mario went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was addressed. He made sure that our questions (and we had a lot of them) were thoroughly answered and that we were 100% comfortable with the refinance. He is very knowledgeable and even pointed us in the right direction on homeowner matters not related to the refinance. We consider ourselves lucky to have had him on "our side". We bought and refinanced in the past, and never have we experienced this level of customer service.
