I want to give this facility an overall good rating. My daughter has been attending since she was 2.9 and she's now 4.5. The directors are always available to listen and talk with you. I have had some concerns that I have always had resolved by the caring directors. It's hard for the children to be there all day and then come home and inform you of their day with embellishing some details...but everything that my daughter tells me I confirm with her teachers or ask the director to clarify.

The one thing I will say in the negative is that I have found 2 instances where the daycare has NOT informed the Office for Children when complaints have prompted DSS from visiting or phoning the facility..I guess whenever DSS calls the daycare due to a report that somebody made, the daycare is supposed to let ECC know and they don't always do this.
