This is the email I sent to Tami, the representative who helped us at the Carlise.
"I want to let you and everyone at the Carlisle know how extremely pleased Russ and I (and our parents) were with our reception there. First of all, you have been an absolute gem and pleasure to work with!! You went out of your way on more than one occasion to accommodate our wishes and our schedules, and we thank you for that. Second, your counsel and insight on things from food choices to having place cards was appreciated and very helpful. Third, everything the night of the reception went off without a hitch. The tables were decorated just as we wanted, the cake was beautiful and good, the food was excellent, and the service was wonderful! You all did such an amazing job. In case you didn't pick up on this in working with me, I have very high expectations, and you and your team need to know that my expectations were not only met, they were exceeded!! Thank you again for all of your help and for making our wedding reception the best it could be!!
