If you purchase a car from cars financial read the warranty very closely. It does not clver nearly as much as you need it to.
Service:
DO NOT get the 5K 15K or 30K service. This is a rip-off. By bundling services like an oil change and tire rotation together they are able to charge you more and call this a 5K service. Toyota Customers: They make the most money when you request a 30K. When it comes time to getting these services simply ask for the individual items that your maintenance book requires.
It is much quicker (and cheaper) to take your vehicle to the Quick Lane to get it fixed rather than taking it to the service department. When you go to service you meet with the service adviser, then your car get taken to the back where the dispatcher assigns your vehicle to a technician. When the tech is done your paperwork goes to the bookers who put the charges on your ticket. Then the paperwork goes back to your service adviser so they can be updated as to what happened to your vehicle. Then the adviser takes your paperwork to the cashiers to check you out.
ALL THESE STEPS CAN BE AVOIDED BY TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THE QUICK LANE.
The manager at the quick lane is very easy to get along w/ compared to service and they will stand behind their work.
