I needed a lot of help on my computer as well as my home theater. I called and a technician was sent the SAME DAY!! He came and fixed my desktop quickly and was very cheap compared to canton computer or best buy's geek squad. Then we went to my home theater which and the technician wired the receiver and speakers and set up my bluray player for me. After done setting up the home theater, the technician was soo friendly he sat down with me and showed me how to use my whole system and programmed the remote. I had a very good experience and recommended all my friends who have shared similar experiences. Don't go to other places and pay more, STC is the cheapest and the technician I got was very friendly.
