I had a backup in my toilet that flooded our bathroom and soaked through the floor into our downstairs basement. I was recommened to call Rescue Squad Restoration by a coworker who had a similar experience. I was also told that the owner, Pete Mays, was the Oxyclean's Guy Billy's Mays' cousin..so of course I wanted to meet him and see if it was true. My friend was right..from the beard to the big smile he was every inch a Mays. Peter and his crew did such a fantastic job cleaning it all up..he even took care of all the insurance billing..I didn't have to do a single thing!..actually..Peter himself even installed a microwave that we had been trying to get installed for over two years. The most impressive thing would have to be the fact that they showed up on time every single day and I even had the owner's personal cell phone number incase anything ever went wrong. The last thing they did was steam clean all the carpets before they left and all I can say now is...Great Job Rescue Squad Restoration! The house looks even better than it did before the toilet overflowed!!
