I would not recommend this agency to anyone. The agents are very unprofessional and even incompetent. I had 4 different policies with them and transferred all of them to a different agency. I first tried speaking with the senior agent to no avail so proceeded to do what I must to protect my family. I spoke to the corporate office of 2 different insurance companies (erie & progressive) and filed appropiate complaints. In the process they sent in paperwork to cancel my auto insurance when they were no longer the agent on record and hadn't been for some time. When we went to finalize some paperwork at Staley we were confronted on those very same complaints. If you choose to go there be very careful and read through all your paperwork. You need to be able to trust your agent unfortunately you cannot trust Staley Insurance.
