Dr. Tosie is a very good dentist but the failure is not in his ability but in the practice. He does not have a back up Dentist in the case of an emergency. Whe asked about help in the office the response is jut go to who ever you want...... Not what a patient wants to hear. I would go to another and ask if they have a back up Doctor in the case of an emergency.
