Used this service through AAA, the driver was very helpful in finding us a hotel in the middle of the night while traveling out of town, and had a large truck to accomodate 5 adults. Since AAA didn't cover our trailer, the price the tow company charged for that portion of the service was a bit high and unnecessary. But we had no choice to pay for it, and I think since they know that, they charge very high for it.
