My experience with Leg-Up Ranch & the volunteers has been very postive. The trail rides that I personally have taken are worth looking into. The views are absolutely gorgeous (mountains,desert,& Lake Cuyamaca)! They are very careful to fit the right horse with either the child or adult. Along with helping you to feel confident in taking the reins. I am glad to know that I can help to keep the ranch open financially for families that are copping with terminal illnesses, disabilities & our wounded mulitary personel with . These families can come & ride for free. They survive on income from trail rides and donations. (They are a 501c3)
