I initially went to Wellesley Mazda because it was the closest to my home. My first impression was that the building was kinda old (they are building a new one as we speak though). However once I started talking to the salesperson I realized this is not a car buying experience I was used to. They were friendly and not pushy. Even though it was close to closing time on a Friday night they patiently let us test drive different vehicles. There was no pressure and the bargaining was very civilized. I got a good price for my trade in and the car. They stayed 2hrs past closing time to finish the paperwork. The next day the car was ready as promised and someone came by to explain every part of the car and make sure I was satisfied before I drove it off. Since then I've been back for service several times and each time they've done a great job. I have no qualms wholeheartedly recommending them when it comes time for you to shop for a Mazda. Once their new building is complete it should make the experience even better.
