Sweetie Pies Bakery in Poland is definitly worth the trip. When I lived in Poland, I would be there faithfully every morning for the best coffee Now that I moved over 1/2 hour away, I still wake up every morning craving my Witches Brew. I still make the drive for my pies, brownies and when Im in the mood for lunch, I call in my order for her Foccacia Sandwhich, which is to die for! She has it ready and waiting for when I arrive. Its a great place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Now with wireless internet, I could sit in there and work all day. There is nothing like small town businesses. The owner is great company, makes me laugh, and I am honored to be called her friend. Small town service with Big City offerings...wedding cakes, birthday cakes, graduation cakes, cookie trays, fresh bread and rolls. I could go on and on....but its making me hungry!
