I am usually a skeptic and do not like to purchase services via internet. However, this experience was an excellent one. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my numerous questions with a smile. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the amount of information provided. I received a special on my rental and the price was perfect. I was impressed with the payment option of account deduction. It was easy and I received detailed statement via my email account each month. I would not hesitate to utilize Extra Space Storage in the future.
