I spent two months finding an attorney in the neighborhood after my previous attorney moved to the West Coast. I interviewed a fair number and didn't feel comfortable until I found attorney Sean Beagan. Although, he specializes in personal injury and probate cases, I found his advice on general business matters very competent. He has reviewed contracts for me, dealt with LLC registration and other general business matters. There is no substitute for smarts and he has it, but at the same time he very pleasant to deal with. He is very reasonably priced in the first place and then delivers very accurate and timely analyses. He is my go to guy!
