Hi, This is Kris. My husband and I own Holy Smoke. We want to thank everyone for their wonderful reviews. The hours of operation are Monday -Thursday 11:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. Friday and Saturday 11:00A.m. to 9:00p.m. I dont know where that info, came from that says we are only open til 5:00p.m. and closed on Saturdays. How in the world could we make a living with those hours? Come on out and get your BBQ on!!
