I have used this service on several occasions. I have used them for airport transport and I hired them for a wine festival. They took all of the wineries names, loaded them into the limo's GPS and we had a great time. The cars have always been on time and are newer and very clean. The rates are reasonable.

I bought a 2001 Xterra for my daughter. I was assured that the car was in excellent mechanical condition by the sales rep. The sale rep went on and on about how thoroughly the cars are inspected. What a load of crap. The car needs over 4k worth of work. When I made the management aware I was told tough, you dd not purchase a warranty. So much for disclosure. I would not buy a soda that alone a car from these guys. AVOID!

I called and ask for a pick up and was told that they would be there in 15 minutes, 20 minutes later I called to check on status and was told it would be another 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I called and the guy got rude. I walked home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They cannot meet the expectations they set.

These clowns suck! They crushed a box marked "extremely fragile" and when I mentioned it to Frances basically denied it and said tough SH__! Never use this outfit because there is no accountability

Absolutely the worst customer service in Alameda County. It is next to impossible to get through to someone that actually knows what is going on with your vehicle and it takes the planets to line up to get them to return your call. I was amazed that a dealership had nothing in stock to repair my vehicle.
There will never be a "next time" for these clowns. I am selling my piece of crap Chrysler and buying an Audi.
