BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE CENTER IN ARLINGTON: Bad service with repair of my BMW's leaking radiator at their 1200 Eads St service location. Replaced all kinds of parts "standard procedure" and charged me a fortune but the leak got worse. Returned my car to have them fix it again but they said it was not covered under repair warranty because the problem was one piece that they did not replace so they had me pay again to have it fixed. Called their management to try to have them at least take some responsibility for the cost but no one would return my calls. They did wash the car though... total cost ~$1500 to fix a leaking radiator.
