This is by far not only the worst tanning salon I have ever been to,but also has the WORST customer service ever. I saw an ad saying new customers could go in and tan for free for their first day, so I thought Id go check it out. I also saw they had a $10.00 unlimited weekly package, which I thought Id like to do because it only takes me a few days to get tan. (and not to mention I didnt have much money at the time) So I went in and took my free tan, and decided to also buy the week package. The next day, I heard about a better deal at Aloha Tanning(they have better, up to date beds, and always change their bulbs.) so I decided to buy a package there. I went back to see if I could just let my sister use the remainder of the days, so the package wasnt wasted.The lady instantly became pissed. She could have just explained to me nicely that they cannot do that, but no. She said very rudely, "Well, we usually don't just do that," then gave my sister a dirty look and said, "Um, hold old is she anyway?" I told her she was 17, and I didn't want to waste the package, still keeping my cool. She then started freaking out like she was having a panic attack just because "you're not allowed to do that" and opened up the drawer like a 5 year old and threw me $10.The people who work in this salon need to take some business classes. She should have just explained to me nicely that this cannot be done. You should always treat customers with respect because if not,not only will you be losing one customer; you'll be losing customers with all of their friends and family, or even just anyone they come in contact with. This place has horrible customer service, and the beds are horrible, prices way to high. They charge $45 a month for unlimited, when you could go to Aloha for $20, or TanPro for $15.
