My computer wouldn't boot, and of course I had not done my backups recently. After looking through internet listings for computer repair companies that service Rochester Hills, I called three and left messages each time. Only Kay from HNA responded quickly. He took my computer that day and found the problem and fixed it within hours. He also set me up with an automatic backup system at a very reasonable price. I had priced them out recently and his Seagate system was not only competitive but he did the labor to boot. He suggested a 50 dollar memory upgrade and my computer is noticeably faster. I'm grateful not only for my retrieved files--all my work for the last two weeks! But also that I have found a reliable and reasonable 'computer guy' for the future.
