I've made a conscious decision to work with mostly American designers (many in New England and throughout the Northeast corridor). In addition, many of my designers are one-person studios and I love supporting small businesses. The biggest advantage is that, even though they are not primarily custom jewelers, many of these designers are happy to consider special requests, resulting in pieces that really are more one-of-a-kind.
