Since our founding in 1979, we've earned the distinction of a 5-star community and a top U.S. News Best Nursing Home several years running. Our modern Rehabilitation wing features a separate entrance and dining room for patients who require a short-term stay. This intensive short-term rehabilitation program is designed to assist patients in regaining their ability to live independently in the community. Our Social Work team partners with patients to help with adjustment issues and to coordinate home care services. Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory therapies are available daily. A specially equipped Therapy Suite challenges residents to regain independent function, while a home-like kitchen and bathroom model allows them to practice daily living skills. Our intensive skilled nursing programs encompass a host of specialties including IV Therapy, Wound Management, Pain Management and Hospice Care.
