We are out of network with all insurance other than workers' compensation, Medicare part B, and travel insurance with a pre-authorization. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance policy for out-of-network benefits. If they do not cover your bill, we will send you a bill in the mail for the balance. We will ask you to pay $200 towards your total bill up front. If your insurance covers your out-of-network visit, you'll receive a refund.
