We also provide gentle flow and restorative classes. The heat is used to stretch and strengthen. It helps prevent injuries and the humidity aids in quality of breath and lung health. We have the most affordable pricing in the area: $13 regular drop in and $9 for college/high school students and active military. We have plenty of rental mats and towels. Monthly and yearly members receive rentals for free. We offer a Yoga Alliance teacher training each year in the fall which run only one weekend per month so people with busy work schedules or families can earn their yoga teacher certification. Less
