We define Community as residents, businesses, non-profit organizations, institutions and neighborhoods. Our customized training program develops self sufficient, independent television producers and production crews and provides ongoing technical assistance and support. Our paid professional staff is available to assist individuals and groups in achieving their training and /or production goals. Our training program and associated practical experience has provided participants with the skills to become television professionals. We utilize the asset of 72 hours per day 7 days per week of broadcast time to air programs produced by members of Hartford's community, government and educational institutions.
