In 1992, after extensive renovations following a near fatal fire, the new operation debuted as Chuck's & Margaritas Mexican Restaurant. Alongside its Margaritas Mexican dinner menu, it offers Chuck's Steak and Seafood Menu. Featured menu items include filet mignon, prime rib, Alaskan crab legs and New York style cheesecake. Margaritas is among the largest, privately owned, full-service Mexican restaurant concept in New England.
