But, this all-vegan fast food restaurant kicks it up a notch or two to reflect the changing tastes of health. Everything is organic and most of it is locally sourced. Some items are also prepared all-raw. Complete with a drive-thru window and plenty of parking, the promise of burgers, wraps and shakes give Evolution the vibe of an old-fashioned drive-in, though they don't have carhops.
