We are 100% private gym located right outside of Philly off of I-95 in Bensalem on route 13. To train at PPG you call set up an evaluation with Marian who has 30 plus yrs as a trainer. From that evaluation she takes he yrs of experience and designs a workout for you. The gym is set up to train everyone as the man who built it started training people back in 1984 and has worked with prof athletes and Olympic athletes. So, the gym is ready for anything and the trainer is also. Monday - Saturday from 5 am on only by appointment clients come to us. From all over the area to do one trainer working with one client sessions and leave. We do not do contracts to lock out clients in as we believe if you are good at what you do people will come back and tell others.
