In 1992, Humphrys made the world's largest flag. The 255-foot by 505-foot United States flag used 5.5-miles of fabric, 6000-miles of thread, weighed more than 3,000 pounds, and was unfurled during the Great American Picnic on Flag Day. The company manufacturers banners in any size on a variety of fabrics and its clients include the NFL, hospitals, universities, towns and cities, police departments, exhibit houses, the Polar Ice Coring Office and the Police Department of Lagos, Nigeria.
