Dr. Williams performs the fitting of the braces himself, it is not delegated. He is the only orthodontist in the office, and he provides most of the direct, hands-on care himself with a unique blend of art, science, and experience that only years of teaching and practice can produce. After dental school, Dr. Williams completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Oregon. He served as an orthodontist with the US Army on Okinawa, Japan and Augsburg, Germany. After moving to Baltimore, he taught full-time in the orthodontic department at the University of Maryland Dental School, and received his Masters Degree in education. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and he continues to teach one half day/week. We limit our practice to orthodontics only, and have the experience to handle a wide range of services. Mini-metal and clear ceramic brackets are available, and Dr. Williams has treated over 80 patients with clear Invisalign aligners. The type, length, and cost of treatment will vary depending on your wants and needs. There is no charge for the initial consultation where you receive an estimate of the length and cost of your treatment. We participate in many of the major insurance plans.
